Project Description: The construction of 36 Luxury Timber Frame houses within the coastal village of Broad Haven. The site had a history of mine workings and ground stabilisation by grout injection was required. The project was constructed in 3 phases.

Broad Haven (Pembrokeshire)

This little town just over the hill (or round the cliffs at low tide) from Little Haven, has a few shops, pubs, and accommodation. It provides an ideal base if you are looking for a traditional seaside holiday but equally it is conveniently located for excursions to St. Davids, Haverfordwest, or Milford Haven.

Site Managers Comments: “Everyone under estimates the severe coastal weather of West Wales. The use of Timber Frames and speed of erection was a critical decision in maintaining the programme through poor weather conditions.” We allowed early occupation of phase 1 which through up the difficulties of the general public accessing the site before completition, but with cooperation by all these issues we accommodated.
