Project Title: Pennar Robins Project Description: A 56 week Contract for the Design and Construction of 8 x 2 Bedroom / 3 Person OAP Adapted Bungalows and 2 x 3 Bedroom / 5 Person Disabled Facilities Bungalows and Car Ports, together with associated Enabling Works, External Works and Drainage. Classification: Social Housing Location: Land Adjacent to St John's Road, Pennar, Pembroke Dock, SA72 6HS (Hawkstone Road) Client: Pembrokeshire Housing Asociation, Meyler House, St Thomas Green, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA61 1QP, Tel: 01437 763 688. Pembrokeshire Housing is the largest Housing Association in the county with approximately 2000 homes for rent to families, older persons, single people and people with special needs. Specialist services are also provided by associate organisations. Project Value: £1,838,292.90 Form of Contract: Design & Build Pennar Robins Football Club: We had to stay in touch with local community and the needs of Pennar Robins AFC, working closely with numerous partners across the public, private and the community, voluntary sectors. Such partnership working practice has allowed W.B. Griffiths & Son to contribute to successfully addressing a number of key social and community issues locally including and increasing sports participation. Site Managers Comments " We had to work closely with Fisher German's Pipeline and Utilities team a leading provider of specialist property related project and management services for the pipeline and cable industries in the UK, in order to work around the oil pipeline from the Milford Haven waterway to BP Llandarcy".
